The Brand Formula is a creative platform made by Lusive Lab. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts are for individual use and should not be shared.

Free accounts include a limited number of AI generations. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to generate harmful or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or resell the service.

You keep ownership of the information you enter. Names, ideas and other AI-generated suggestions are provided as creative starting points and are not guaranteed to be unique or available for use.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we are not liable for business decisions made using its output.
